City Transfer Company was established in 1948. It was then owned and operated by Forrest Vaughn until 1984 when it was purchased by Dick Bartoldus.
On January 1st, 1996 it was sold to Chuck Thompson, Mark Thompson and Michael Thomas and is now located at North Tongue Point in Astoria Oregon.
City Transfer Company is family owned and operated and is also an independent agent. They have a long lasting relationship with all the major van lines including United, Mayflower, National, Atlas, and Bekins. And this is just to name a few!
